1. Acceptance of Quotation

• The quotation provided is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of issuance. Acceptance of the quotation must be communicated in writing before the expiration date.

​2. Pricing

•  All prices quoted are in Egyptian Pounds and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other charges unless otherwise specified. Any applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

3. Scope of Work

• The quotation outlines the scope of work to be performed. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due  within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges of  1.5% per month.

5. Delivery and Completion

• The estimated delivery or completion date is provided in the quotation. While we strive to meet this timeline, it is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Warranty and Liability

• We warrant that the services/products provided will meet the specifications outlined in the quotation. Our liability is limited to the value of the quotation, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all information related to this quotation and any subsequent agreements confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Governing Law

• This quotation and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of Egypt.

9. Amendments

• Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By accepting this quotation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
